POSITION: FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

PCP, part of Pioneer Power Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq: PPSI) offers the most advanced equipment and service solutions for onsite emergency solutions. At PCP, we specialize in cost effective service and repairs on all makes and models of commercial/industrial generators. We are seeking experienced field service generator technicians to join our team and help support our expanding business in Florida. Job Duties Service, maintenance, and repairs on all makes and kW sizes of generators. Inspect, Repair, Service and Start-Up Load Bank Test Requirements on Equipment. Troubleshoot all generator components including engine, alternator, controllers, wiring harnesses, safety devices, battery systems and cooling systems. Start-up and load bank test residential and commercial emergency generators. Apply technical skills to identify the Problem and Cause of Failure through Logical Troubleshooting Steps, Determine Corrective Action. Repair and Troubleshoot Engines such as Cummins, Detroit Diesel, John Deere, MTU and Volvo, among others. Complete field service reports(FSR’s) daily. Requirements High School Diploma or G.E.D.
