Required Skills

• Strong customer service skills, including excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to review and process transfer requests accurately
• Familiarity with financial account transfer procedures (ACAT, Non-ACAT, Mutual Funds)
• Proficiency with LPL application systems or similar brokerage software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Prior experience in financial services or back-office processing
• Knowledge of compliance standards related to client account transfers
• Ability to communicate effectively with advisors and external firms

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a client service or financial services support role
• Experience working with financial transfer processes or brokerage platforms is a plus
