What You'll Do As our Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors. You'll: Welcome customers with a warm, professional attitude. Build lasting relationships that earn customer loyalty. Resolve customer questions and concerns with confidence and care. Lead by example and help create a positive, supportive team environment. Train and support Customer Service Representatives. Accurately process customer orders and payments using our point-of-sale system. Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting front counter. Partner with the Store Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly. Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience is a plus, but not required. Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems.
