Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and customer focused Plumbing & Sewer Dispatcher to join our home services team. This role is responsible for coordinating daily schedules for plumbing and sewer technicians, managing incoming service requests, communicating with customers, and ensuring efficient dispatch operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and can balance customer needs with technician efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch plumbing and sewer service technicians for residential service calls
• Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional, friendly customer service
• Coordinate emergency and same-day service requests efficiently
• Monitor technician routes, job progress, and schedule changes throughout the day
• Communicate job details, updates, and customer information to field technicians
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers regarding arrival times and service updates
• Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and scheduling information in dispatch software/CRM
• Assist in maximizing technician productivity and minimizing downtime
• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Support the operations team with administrative and coordination tasks as needed
