You’ll lead the team when the GM or Assistant Manager is absent, ensuring consistent, high‑quality customer experiences and smooth operations. Responsibilities Guide your team through fast‑paced shifts. Maintain a positive guest experience. Support training and coaching of crew members. Manage inventory, cash, and overall operations. Assume roles across the shift: register, grill, line, prep, as needed. Ensure the workplace remains clean, safe, and efficient. Qualifications Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is a significant plus. Natural leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. Strong communicator, team player, and remains calm under pressure. Flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Committed to delivering great food and positive service.
