Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering safe, high-quality patient care across all age groups, including neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations; administer IV therapy and EKGs; assign duties based on staff competency; participate in quality improvement initiatives; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; accurately document patient care and transcribe physician orders. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts BLS certification; ACLS may be required in certain areas Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of specialty area experience; PALS certification for PACU Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and teamwork skills Key Duties: Ensuring safe patient care, participating in quality control, documenting thoroughly, and collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vetted Solutions
