Job Description The main responsibility of this position is to oversee the manufacturing of products in a safe, high quality, productive and profitable manner. The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction and be able to communicate what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Responsibilities/Requirements Friendly, organized and energetic Detail oriented personality that can communicate and work in a team environment. Punctual and reliable with an excellent work ethic. Available full time Monday-Friday. Valid and clean driver’s license Trade experience is a plus, but will train the right candidate. This position is physically demanding and fast‑paced. Able to lift 50+ pounds and navigate stairs. Experience with CNC machine, edge bander panel saw and other wood working tools. The ability to lead a small team of shop technicians in the manufacturing of closet and other wood components. Computer experience is helpful to be able to email and other online duties.
