In this role as a Medication Technician with Novellus Clairemont , you'll assist with medication services and provide personalized care while working alongside a dedicated senior living team.

• Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hour + credit for experience
• Schedule: This position has full-time openings, day and night shift available | Weekend and holiday rotations required

• Previous medication technician and senior living experience required
• Must be 18 years of age 
• Ability to communicate clearly in English 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
• A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

• Provide medication assistance in accordance with community policies and nursing direction
• Record medication administration and resident observations accurately and timely
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the clinical team
• Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, mobility, and hygiene support
• Promote a clean, comfortable, and secure environment for residents
• Partner with caregivers, nurses, and other team members to deliver exceptional resident care
