Aspirus Health is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join our collaborative team in Duluth.

Position Highlights

• Highly collaborative and flexible anesthesia team

• Call schedule: 1:11 rotation

• Weeknight rotation: 4:00 PM 7:00 AM (1:11)

• Level II Trauma Center
\n
• Diverse case mix including:\n

  • Ambulatory procedures
  \n
  • Orthopedics
  \n
  • Urology
  \n
  • Vascular surgery
  \n
  • CT surgery
  \n
  • ENT and healthy pediatric cases
  \n
  • Open heart surgery
  \n
  • No transplant cases
  \n

Clinical Responsibilities

\n
• Perform epidurals, nerve blocks, and central line placements
\n
• Work in a collaborative care model with CRNAs\n
  \n
  • 80% CRNA oversight and team-based care
  \n
  • 20% independent practice
  \n
\n
• Partner with a highly skilled pre-operative team to support efficient, high-quality patient care
\n

$600,000/year . Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentive or production-based compensation.
