Requirements

• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum, recent experience required; OASIS experience required for staff completing SOC 2. Cases: Geriatric; average 5-7 patients per day 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: License in-hand required with submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required every 6th weekend; on-call rotation may be required 8. RTO: Must be submitted at time of application 9.
