Wieland is hiring a Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by coordinating production activities, maintaining accurate records, ensuring workflow efficiency and work closely with production maintenance, logistics, planning, and management. This role is located in Wheeling, IL and will be fully on-site. Hourly Pay Range: $24.00/hr - $36.00/hr Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly At Wieland, we recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be based upon various factors unique to each individual that may include but are not limited to years of experience, industry knowledge, technical skills, education, qualifications, etc. Responsibilities Operations Coordinator Responsibilities: Production Support & Coordination * Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. * Assist with real-time problem solving to maintain operational flow. Data & Documentation * Maintain accurate production records, logs, work orders, and compliance documents. * Enter data into SAP * Support audits by ensuring documentation accuracy and readiness. Quality & Safety Support * Comply with all Wieland policies and environmental standards & report all incidents and near misses immediately.
