Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a senior IT leader to partner with R&D and TechOps, translating scientific strategies into multi-year technology roadmaps and investment plans.
The role owns the Scientific IT portfolio, driving alignment with enterprise data strategy, cybersecurity, and compliance. You will lead cross-domain collaboration and build scalable, compliant IT capabilities to support clinical development, regulatory and manufacturing needs.
