What You'll Be Doing You'll support the clinical team and help create a positive experience for every patient who walks through the door. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting dentists during procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining an organized clinical environment
• Taking dental x-rays
• Managing impressions
• Sterilizing instruments and following infection control protocols
• Supporting efficient patient and clinical workflows
• Helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and genuinely enjoys working with patients and a dental team.

• 1–3 years of dental assisting experience preferred
• Recent dental assisting graduates with strong initiative are encouraged to apply
• Current Connecticut dental assistant certification/registration, as required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-focused with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy practice environment

Compensation & Benefits $25–$29/hour, with room to grow as you develop your skills and take on additional responsibility. Benefits include:
