Bi-lingual Case Manager

NAFI Connecticut provides programs, consultation, and support services in a variety of settings across Connecticut, New York and Rhode Island. We work with adults, children, and families to increase communication and social skills, improve relationships, increase circles of support, and provide therapeutic services based on best-practice research. We believe that people can change, and we work to empower each individual in their own care. We are currently exploring a Bi-lingual Case Manager candidates in our Family Wraparound program. The Family Wraparound Program is a short term comprehensive General Preventive Services program that focuses on the following areas of the Child and Family Services Continuum: community supports; early interventions; home-based responses; and post-placement re-integration for children. The Program adds a strong clinical component for family and individual treatment. All Wraparound program services take place within the community and include case management, in-home therapy, and respite services. Desired Qualifications Must hold a valid driver’s license, have own vehicle and willingness to travel throughout Orange County and to travel periodically to offices in Westchester County, and other locations as required to fulfill job responsibilities.
