Your responsibilities Lead the Visual Merchandising strategy and execution across Southern Germany, with responsibility for ~200 C&A stores Ensure a high level of seasonal, commercial VM execution that is brand-consistent, customer-centric, and conversion-driven across all store formats Inspire, coach, and develop a team of District Visual Merchandisers, fostering strong capabilities, consistency, and continuous learning across the region Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Planning, Marketing, Store Concept, and Operations to deliver impactful VM that drives performance across key KPIs Actively manage and optimize VM execution by leveraging commercial insights, adapting to local business needs, and ensuring operational excellence Lead VM input in store openings and refurbishments, using these moments to align, train, and elevate execution standards Ensure strong presence in stores through regular visits, with flexibility to travel across Southern Germany (approx. 40–50%) What you bring 7+ years of experience in senior Visual Merchandising or retail leadership roles, ideally within fashion and with regional or national exposure Proven track record of driving commercial performance, leading teams, and delivering impactful VM projects Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams across multiple locations Solid commercial acumen with experience working with KPIs and translating insights into effective VM actions Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to balance creativity and business needs Clear and confident communicator who builds strong cross-functional partnerships Business fluent in English and German (spoken and written) What we offer At C&A, we are driven by our values, love togetherness, treat each other with respect, and encourage everyone to develop new ideas.
