Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree and/or CPA being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare finance, including experience with GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, audits, and regulatory compliance. Previous experience as a CFO is required, and a background in health plan or managed care is strongly preferred.
