Quote Writer - Power Systems

Overview Milton CAT is seeking a highly efficient Quote Writer – Sales Administrator to join our rapidly growing team. The role involves supporting sales reps, quoting service contract agreements, coordinating with service operations, and providing administrative support to the sales team and manager with day-to‑day operations. You will play a key part in helping customers lower the overall owning and operating costs of their power systems, such as generators and industrial/truck engines. Pay Range $65,000 – $85,000 based on experience. Responsibilities 1+ year(s) in a sales support or service writer role Support the sales team and drive process efficiencies Manage administrative tasks with a sense of urgency Organize and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently Provide strong internal customer support and coordination Leverage technology skills and learn new applications quickly Communicate effectively in writing and speaking Possess hands‑on or technical knowledge of power systems (a strong plus) Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment Demonstrate excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Support sales executives and organizational management (a strong plus) Familiarity with preventative maintenance services Qualifications Create quotes for new and renewing service contracts (parts, services, PM contracts) Become the “go‑to” person for sales and sales management Manage customer portals for invoices, purchase orders, and compliance Assist customers with invoices, purchase orders, inspection reports, and oil sample reports Coordinate with service and rental teams for scheduling Perform back‑office operations related to sales and service contracts EEO Statement Milton CAT is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
