Job Description Your Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. Ensure compliance with purchasing, accounting, credit/collections, IT and overall administrative requirements. Handle Human Resources administration and employee relations programs. Maintain records and information. Perform accounting and/or financial analysis. Monitor credit and collections activities. Convert quotes to work orders on a daily basis. Review and approve vendor invoices. Provide HR administrative assistance to management teams. Encourage and improve cross‑department internal communication. Perform general office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.). Perform any other duties, tasks or responsibilities as assigned. Your Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes. Previous experience in administrative services or related fields. Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks. Strong leadership qualities. Bi‑lingual English/Spanish (preferred). Travel Requirements Type of travel required: Local Amount of travel required: Physical Requirements Requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions including bending, stooping, pushing and pulling. Requires good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity and physical strength. May involve lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.
