Salary: $290,000 - 290,000 per year Requirements:

• Board-certified or otherwise qualified in pediatrics
• Experience or strong interest in outpatient pediatric practice
• Ability to work within an integrated, multidisciplinary care setting
• Comfort using digital and AI-enabled clinical tools for documentation and workflow support
• Willingness to participate in a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend coverage

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and families
• Work collaboratively with specialists and support staff in a highly integrated care model

We are a multispecialty medical group in Northern California offering a 100% outpatient pediatric opportunity with advanced technology, integrated clinical support, and a dedicated care team that includes medical assistants, LVN, RN, lactation, nutrition, social work, and behavioral health resources. We provide a flexible schedule with an optional four-day work week, no overnight call, no rounding, and occasional weekend coverage. Our compensation package includes a base salary of $290,000, an annual quality bonus, a $30,000 sign-on bonus, a $5,000 CME allowance plus one week of education leave, relocation assistance up to $10,000, employer-paid health coverage for physicians and dependents, dental, vision, malpractice and tail coverage, and a generous retirement package. We are located near Sacramento and the Sierra foothills, with easy access to parks, trails, Folsom Lake, Lake Tahoe, and other recreational and urban amenities, along with a lower cost of living than the Bay Area.
