About the Role

Our Human Resources Departmentin Pasadenais seeking a Dealership Photographer. This is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level. In this position, you will contribute to the success of Rusnak Automotive Group (the Company) by directing the Rusnak/Pasadena photo studio.

Compensation: $25.00/hr

*Compensation will be based on experience and skill level.

Responsibilities

Successfully manages the operations of the Dealership Photography Studio

• Manage the entire photo process from start to finish for all Pasadena dealerships (Jaguar, Porsche, Bentley/Rolls-Royce/Maserati, and Audi); oversee vehicle preparation, image and video capture, image processing and uploading.
• Work with dealership sales teams to maintain efficient studio operations; assess needs and timeline and ensure photos are taken in a timely fashion and that output meets marketing department goals.
• Responsible for quality control throughout photo process. Ensure studio processes and standards established by the Marketing Director and Rusnak photography consultants are being followed.
• Lead special photo and video projects – production of web and TV content.
• Manage dealership point-of-sale materials and sign requests.
• Establish and maintain a monthly schedule to review and execute signage updates. Ensure all sign requests are approved by upper management and do not exceed dealership budgets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dealership operations and automotive products.
• Minimum 2 years of professional photography experience.
• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Current California Driver License with clean Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
