Administrative Assistant With Sap Experience

Our client is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant with SAP experience to support their Quality Control Department.

Location: Glendale, CA

Qualifications:

• SAP experience required.
• Works well in a manufacturing environment.
• Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and be able to pass a background check and a drug test.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Control the flow of documents through the Quality Control Department.
• Receive Process Orders. Track completion.
• Review batch information and results in certificates.
• Receive and process Laboratory Worksheets and Test Requests.
• Retrieve and return documents from files.
• Enter and update records into QC Tracker, LIMS and other databases and logs.
• Review data and generate certificates of compliance and analysis.
• Enter and manage data in SAP, LIMS or QC Cards and electronic logs.
• Track inspection lots, transfer batches, maintain specification and certificate profiles.
• Maintain inspection plans. Maintain and publish the monthly QC Compliance Calendar.
• Work closely with the QC Laboratory Expediter, Supervisor and Manager to ensure the efficient flow of information, samples and documentation within the Lab and between departments.
• Process requisitions for supplies, chemicals and reagents, transact goods receipts, reconcile purchasing card statements, coordinate calibrations.

Pay Rate: $24 - $28 per hour (based on experience)
