We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) , you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications, providing direct care, and promoting a positive living environment. Responsibilities Administer medications to residents as ordered by physicians and according to facility policies and procedures Monitor and record resident responses to medications and report any adverse reactions to the nursing staff Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as feeding, toileting, and transferring Respond promptly to resident calls and requests for assistance Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care About the Role As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) at Aspire Senior Living Platte City, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment that prioritizes resident-focused care.
