Data Implementation Specialist The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in data analysis, REST APIs, and integrations to manage all aspects of data discovery and migration for the PRISM platform. This client‑centric role requires deep understanding of property management data structures and the ability to anticipate client needs while delivering high‑quality data solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead client‑focused data discovery sessions to gather requirements and scope the data portion of PRISM implementation projects. Configure and execute native PRISM data import tools and custom Python scripts for complex data transformations and migrations. Develop innovative data transformation solutions to address unique property management data challenges. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver data‑driven solutions focused on client satisfaction. Create and maintain documentation related to data migrations, including data dictionaries and discrepancy reports. Stay current with new technologies, approaches, and best practices in data analytics. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or related field. 3+ years of proven experience in data discovery and mapping. Strong data transformation skills across various CRE platforms and tools. Experience working in SaaS product implementation projects with strong client‑relationship skills. Ability to transform and manipulate property management data for PRISM integration. Expertise in data mapping and transformation across multiple data formats and systems. Advanced problem‑solving skills and ability to translate client business needs into technical solutions. Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes and integration techniques. Superior client‑facing communication skills and ability to explain complex data concepts. Client‑first mindset and passion for exceptional customer experiences. Ability to manage and prioritize workload across multiple PRISM implementation projects. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Python libraries such as NumPy, Scikit‑learn beyond Pandas. Experience developing innovative data transformation techniques for property management datasets. Knowledge of data visualization tools to communicate insights to clients. Experience with cloud‑based data platforms and services. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Relevant certifications in data analysis or Python programming.
