Responsibilities Perform all duties related to the administration of the California Department of Veterans Affairs CalVet Home Loan Program, including processing home loans, ensuring compliance with lending guidelines, handling legal documents, and resolving non‑compliance issues that arise during loan processing. Qualifications High degree of knowledge and experience with real estate loan processing, USDVA lending guidelines, real estate principles, compliance, disclosure and privacy laws, and relevant regulations. Ability to correct non‑compliance issues during the loan processing cycle.
