You will join a skilled field operations team dedicated to high-quality residential and commercial construction projects. This role is designed for a motivated individual eager to expand their technical carpentry knowledge under the guidance of experienced professionals. How You Will Make an Impact

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assist in accurate project layouts.
• Execute precise measurements and material cuts to minimize waste and ensure structural integrity.
• Operate various power tools and equipment safely and efficiently on diverse job sites.
• Assist senior carpenters with framing, finishing, and general structural tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all site safety protocols.
• Apply a positive attitude and follow detailed directions to meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Basic knowledge of carpentry principles and hand tool operation.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements.
• Proven track record of reliability and a strong desire to learn the trade.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor in an onsite construction environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Approximately 1 year of related work experience in construction or carpentry.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency with a wide range of power tools.
