Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Strategy: Devise and implement innovative content strategies aligned with our brand objectives, focusing on both video and static content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Video Editing & Graphic Design: Utilize tools such as Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva to produce visually striking video and graphic content.
• Social Media Management: Take charge of our social media accounts, aiming to surpass the 10,000 followers milestone through engaging, trend-driven content.
• Engagement & Growth: Employ strategies to boost follower interaction and brand visibility, leveraging your understanding of social media algorithms.
• Content Analysis: Regularly evaluate content performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to maintain content consistency and brand messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years in marketing or content creation, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing, graphic design, and social media content.
• Skills: Proficiency in Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and a deep understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
• Education: a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
• Social Media Savvy: Experience managing and growing social media accounts; personal accounts with a large following are advantageous.
• Creativity: ability to craft engaging memes and content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Communication: strong written and verbal communication skills.
