Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

$2937.60/week - Job Summary: Provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical unit, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and effective treatment. Collaborates with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders. Monitor patient vital signs and assess clinical conditions regularly. Document patient information and care provided in electronic health records. Respond promptly to patient needs, emergencies, and changes in condition. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain sterile procedures. Qualifications: Current Massachusetts RN license required. Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience. Demonstrated telemetry experience and basic dysrhythmia course completion. BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS certifications active and current. Ability to float to any MS unit and work effectively in a team environment. Own vehicle required for travel to the assignment location.
