Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)
Perform preventive maintenance and installations per local codes and safety standards
Interact with customers: explain issues, recommend solutions, and upsell services as needed
Document work accurately and drive company vehicle to job sites

Requirements

5+ years residential HVAC service experience
EPA Universal Certification required
Valid driver's license; must pass drug screen (drug-free policy enforced for safety)
Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented; sales experience a plus

Compensation $24$27/hour + commissions for unlimited earning potential.
