Duration: 2 Months with possible extension
Summary:
As a Property Management Specialist, you will provide routine services for a variety of departmental and financial activities.

Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day management of commercial properties.
Serve as a point of contact for tenants and assist with tenant relations.
Coordinate vendors, maintenance activities, and building operations.
Assist with financial processes, including invoicing, budgeting, and reporting.
Prepare property reports and maintain accurate records.
Conduct property inspections and help ensure compliance with site standards.
Monitor service requests and support issue resolution.
Help ensure properties are well maintained and deliver a positive tenant experience.

Qualifications:
Requirements include a bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, basic financial knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Interview Process: 1-2 virtual interview
