• Full- Time.   Call Schedule: 1:4
• Blend of inpatient, outpatient and dialysis center care
• Work with an Advanced Practice Provider, who shares visit requirements for dialysis patient care in multiple Dialysis Centers.
• Administrative time built into schedule

Qualifications:

• US BE/BC Nephrology MD/DO
• US Residency and Nephrology Fellowship
• Indiana license/eligible
• Consistent and consecutive employment/training history
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to provide high quality patient care
• Team oriented
