We are seeking an experienced First-Shift Press Brake Operator to join a growing metal fabrication team in High Point, NC. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machines, including tooling and die changes
- Interpret blueprints, work orders, and bend specifications
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Meet production goals while maintaining high workmanship standards
- Previous press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and ability to work first shift, Monday-Friday
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
