TRC Talent is looking for an Admin for our client in Acworth, GA.

Summary of Position:

Assists in the completion of the companys daily operations by performing assigned tasks: performs various office functions and duties as they pertain to the running of the sales support department in a smooth and organized manner.

Job Details:

• Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

• Temp to hire

• $20/hr
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer invoices and ensure billing accuracy, including verifying order details, pricing, quantities, and shipping information.

• Monitor invoicing status and assist with resolving billing discrepancies, credits, and payment inquiries.

• Maintain accurate invoicing, customer, and sales records in company systems.

• Provide exceptional customer service regarding products, services, pricing, order status, and delivery schedules.

• Create, update, and maintain reports related to sales performance, market conditions, commissions, scrap, inventory, and customer orders.

• Prepare and enter customer quotes and assist with quote follow-up activities.

• Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and sales tracking documentation.

• Coordinate material certifications and required customer documentation.

• Assist with purchasing activities, including purchase order creation, vendor communication, and order tracking.

• Support contract administration by maintaining customer contracts and updating related records.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and report generation.

• Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and other customer communications in a professional manner.

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Shipping, and Accounting teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support, billing, invoicing, or a related office environment.

• Experience processing invoices, billing customers, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Experience with ERP, CRM, accounting, or order-entry systems is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Ability to prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, quotes, and customer records.

• Professional phone etiquette and experience handling incoming customer inquiries.
