Job Description & Summary Au sein de l'équipe Risk de PwC au Maroc, vous interviendrez pour le compte des directions générales, directions de l'inspection ou d'audit interne, directions des risques sur des missions variées et des thématiques d'audit et de contrôle interne, de gestion des risques au Maroc et à l'étranger. Ce que nous vous proposons Intervenir dans le secteur Banque & Assurance ; Un certain nombre de ces clients étant soumis aux obligations portées par la loi Sarbanes‑Oxley Participer à la conception, la mise en place et l'amélioration de l'efficacité des dispositifs de contrôle interne de nos clients afin de les accompagner dans la maîtrise de leurs risques (création de référentiel de contrôle et évaluation de ceux‑ci, mise en place de la fonction contrôle interne, mise en conformité des dispositifs aux exigences SOX, etc.) Réaliser des audits internes (externalisée ou en co‑traitance) afin d'évaluer la maturité des dispositifs en place, identifier les zones de risques non couvertes, mettre en place et suivre la mise en place des plans d'actions Encadrer les équipes terrains et rédiger les livrables destinés aux clients (rapport, référentiel d'audit, présentations) Contribuer à notre croissance en participant aux actions de développement commercial, de visibilité externe et à nos projets internes Accompagner les entreprises dans la création de la fonction d'Audit Interne (ressources, compétences, sujets, charte d'audit, plan d'audit) Ce que nous attendons de vous Formation supérieure, Ecole de Commerce ou d'Ingénieur ou 3e cycle universitaire Une expérience minimum de 7 ans en audit financier /au sein d'un service d'audit interne ou de contrôle interne en entreprise / en cabinet de conseil C'est un plus si vous avez une expérience sur des missions en lien avec la réglementation Sarbanes‑Oxley / SOX Une première expérience de supervision de travaux ou encadrement de stagiaires / collaborateurs juniors Une maîtrise de l'anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit Une excellente capacité rédactionnelle et la maîtrise des outils de bureautique L'organisation, la rigueur, la curiosité et un excellent relationnel Un esprit d'équipe, du dynamisme et un potentiel managérial afin de mener à bien vos missions et de satisfaire collectivement nos clients Déplacements à prévoir en France et à l'étranger Ces avantages que nous vous offrons Environnement de travail et Flexibilité Programme Be Well, Work Well pour prendre soin de sa santé Écosystème de santé pour trouver à qui parler, être écouté et aidé quelles que soient vos difficultés professionnelles ou personnelles Mobilité nationale et internationale possible Accès illimité à notre plateforme de formation #J-18808-Ljbffr PricewaterhouseCoopers
