Phenix City, AL We're hiring a Pediatrician who wants a predictable weekday schedule, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care in a supportive, physician-led environment. You'll step into an outpatient role focused on comprehensive primary care for pediatric patients. You'll have full clinical support while providing oversight and chart review for 1-2 Physician Assistants within an established primary care group. Why this role is compelling
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Limited phone-only call shared among a rotating provider pool
• Approximately 30 patients per day
• Full clinical support staff
• RVU bonus opportunity

• Base salary: $190,000-$220,000 plus RVU bonuses
