Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with Illinois Learning Standards. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and growth. Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs, including differentiated instruction and technology integration. Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success. Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Valid Illinois Professional Educator License and endorsements for this position. Salary/Benefits The estimated starting salary for a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree is $41,768.57. The employee’s Teachers’ Retirement System (TRS) contribution of $4,093.32 is paid by the district in addition to the base salary. The district currently contributes $815.00 per month toward individual employee health insurance and provides dental insurance, vision insurance, and a $10,000 life insurance policy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
