You start at a $36,000 base salary plus an extremely competitive commission structure. Our minimum expectation is $40,000 in written premium per month plus one life policy. Hit that and you earn about $70,000 a year. A new producer performing on target earns $100,000. 2) We give you the leads. You'll never buy your own leads or work a friends-and-family list. No. You don't need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all the product and sales training you'll need. 2) Do I need a license already? No. You do need to get licensed to sell, and we'll help qualified applicants get there. 3) What kind of training will I receive? Hands-on product and sales training, built for this agency. You'll also get daily coaching and call reviews. We record and score real calls, so the feedback is specific. 4) Will I have to find or buy my own leads? No. We provide all the leads. 5) Is this commission-only? No. You get a $36,000 base salary plus commission and bonuses on top of it. 6) What can I realistically make in my first year?
