ABOUT THE STORE MANAGER POSITION

Current Boutique is seeking an enthusiastic and fashion-forward leader to manage our Clarendon location. As Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and lead a dynamic team dedicated customer experience. We're looking for someone who is organized, results-driven, and passionate about developing people, building community, and creating a positive store culture. The ideal candidate brings experience in retail management, fashion merchandising, or a related field, along with a strong passion for fashion and resale. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while contributing to a business that values individuality, community, and sustainability.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

1+ years of clothing retail management experience Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail or related field preferred Working knowledge of Instagram, Canva, and Microsoft Office Team oriented and sales driven Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks High energy, and strong customer service skills Knowledge of labels and fashion Detail oriented and highly organized Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays. Must be able to work during store hours

STORE HOURS:

Monday–Friday: 12 PM – 8 PM Saturday: 11 AM – 8 PM Sunday: 11 AM – 6 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance Oversee daily cash handling and maintain accurate cash flow procedures Execute store opening and closing procedures in alignment with company standards Train, coach, and develop team members to consistently deliver the Current Boutique guest experience Build and manage the store schedule to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency Assign, delegate, and follow up on daily tasks to ensure smooth store operations Address all customer feedback and concerns promptly, professionally, and with a service-first mindset Maintain all store areas to Current Boutique standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization
