The ideal candidate will be independently motivated to provide excellent service while effectively communicating with your team and supervisor. They will liaise with Direct Support Professionals, Caregivers, and Supports Coordination Unit to support individual client's goals. Summary: The Board Certified behavior Analyst (BCBA) serves as the leading clinician and supervisor on the case of a member diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This position is responsible for oversight of other clinicians, technicians, and support staff, and for tracking and modifying a member's goals and progress. This position must have a certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of programming for a small caseload Complete new member intakes Conduct initial and ongoing assessments based on individual needs of member Design, implement, and monitor all components of a member's individualized treatment plan Conduct functional assessments of problem behavior and develop behavior intervention plans Supervise and train clinical staff to implement member's treatment plan with integrity #J-18808-Ljbffr
