The team relies on this position to architect forecasting models, maintain CRM data hygiene, and translate complex pipeline metrics into actionable go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the CRM and revenue tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, and integrated data enrichment tools Build and maintain executive dashboards in BI tools like Looker or Tableau to track ARR, churn, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity Partner with sales leadership to design territory planning, quota allocation, and capacity models Automate quote-to-cash workflows and billing operations in collaboration with finance and legal teams Run rigorous cohort analyses and funnel diagnostics to identify pipeline leakage and conversion bottlenecks Standardize sales playbooks, data entry protocols, and pipeline management rules across the organization What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration, CRM data architecture, and SQL querying Deep familiarity with modern revenue tech stacks (Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach, CPQ platforms) Strong analytical foundation with the ability to translate messy datasets into clear strategic insights Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field Bonus: Salesforce Certified Administrator, experience with Python for data automation, or prior tenure in management consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
