Diversified Support Services is seeking a Shipping Clerk in the Winston, GA area. This role is essential to ensuring accurate, timely, and welldocumented shipment processing. We are specifically seeking candidates with strong administrative shipping experience, including documentation, logistics coordination, and shipment processing.
Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of raw materials and finished goods.
Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare outgoing orders according to customer specifications.
Maintain detailed and accurate shipping/receiving documentation and records.
Coordinate logistics to ensure shipments are processed, scheduled, and dispatched on time.
Collaborate with production teams to maintain optimal inventory flow and resolve shipping discrepancies.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in shipping or logistics; administrative shipping experience strongly preferred.
Ability to understand and manage shipping documentation, logistics processes, and outbound shipment coordination.
Proficiency with inventory management and shipping software systems.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule & Pay
8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $20-$22 /hr
