Active Interim Secret or higher AERMOR is seeking a Human Resources Staffing and Classification Program Analyst to provide onsite support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) in Dahlgren, VA. This position will support the Corporate Operations Department's Human Resources functions, with a primary focus on federal staffing, classification, recruitment, personnel actions, and employee onboarding. Key Responsibilities

Support federal staffing, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities for the NSWCDD Human Resources office. Apply knowledge of federal hiring and onboarding processes to provide guidance and support while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and organizational requirements. Track and evaluate applicants throughout the hiring process, maintain status updates, and provide recommendations regarding staffing actions. Utilize SharePoint and other applicable systems to manage hiring workflows, track personnel actions, and maintain accurate HR data. Review, interpret, and validate employee records within the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS). Support and oversee the processing of personnel actions for new hires and current employees. Manage the onboarding lifecycle, including employment offers, pre-employment requirements, documentation, and onboarding milestones. Respond to employee HR inquiries regarding positions, benefits, leave, pay, personnel actions, and applicable policies. Review and validate SF-50s for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions as necessary. Support New Employee Orientation (NEO) activities, including planning, reviewing onboarding documentation, presenting HR materials, and ensuring employees receive required information. Maintain accurate HR documentation and records while ensuring staffing and personnel actions are completed in a timely manner. Coordinate with government personnel and other stakeholders to address staffing, classification, and onboarding requirements. Required Qualifications

Must hold and maintain an active DoD-issued Interim Secret clearance or higher. Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR three (3) or more years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience. At least one (1) year of demonstrated experience supporting HR recruitment, onboarding, training implementation, and/or program management; two (2) or more years preferred. Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, manage competing priorities, and make informed recommendations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Strong attention to detail with demonstrated analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills with the ability to provide professional guidance and support to employees and stakeholders. Desired Qualifications

Experience supporting federal recruitment, staffing, and hiring processes. Familiarity with the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS). Experience reviewing or processing SF-50 personnel actions. Working knowledge of Navy ERP. Experience using SharePoint to manage HR workflows, records, or staffing activities. Compensation:

Compensation for this position is based on several considerations, including applicable contract wage rates and labor categories, geographic location, relevant professional experience, technical expertise, education, certifications, and overall alignment with the role's requirements.
