Patient-Centered Technician Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We’re seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient centers. Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour shifts will vary and are scheduled between 7 am‑7 pm. This position will cover our Chicago, Glenview, and Hoffman Estates locations. Why Greenbrook? Reliable transportation is required. Your Role Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort. Ensure patient well‑being and accurate record‑keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check‑in, check‑out, and financial procedures. Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience. Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s Degree or equivalent clinical certification, PLUS significant relevant work experience. Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.
