Job Description As a Mental Health Program Director, you will coordinate and supervise one to two residential programs that specialize in supporting individuals with challenging behavioral and mental health needs. Your key responsibilities include: Supervising and training mental health specialists. Developing, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring all program aspects to the highest degree possible. Ensuring all direct service shifts are staffed by qualified personnel. Managing on‑call duties and scheduling adjustments as needed. Work Environment and Hours Full‑time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate program, individual, and staff needs. The role may involve part‑time work within each home and is on‑call unless prior arrangements are made. Direct service shifts are limited to a maximum of 16 hours per week unless previously approved. Compensation Starting Salary: $65,000.00 – $66,787.50 annually (range based on experience and qualifications). Qualifications 3 years of experience supervising programs for individuals with behavioral and serious persistent mental health needs. Four‑year degree in behavioral science or related field preferred. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Current auto liability insurance and reliable transportation.
