Strategic Board Governance Director

Stanford Health Care is seeking a seasoned governance leader to drive board effectiveness and manage governance for the Board of Directors and its committees. You will lead board operations, meeting planning, and policy updates, while advising the chair and senior leadership on governance matters.
The role requires a Master's in Business or Healthcare Administration and at least ten years in operations leadership, with expertise in governance and lean methodologies.
