Job Description
Human Resources Specialist (Plainsboro, NJ) -Review, analyze, and source technical talents from diverse backgrounds to assign to IT projects on behalf of clients, applying knowledge of Labor Studies & Employment Relations, Anti-discrimination law, Employment Law, HRM & Benefits; Plan, develop, and evaluate methods and techniques for identifying technical talents and assessing prospects, leveraging Business Intelligence and Statistics for HRM (causality models); Evaluate workforce planning to strategically align Human Resources management on Organizational Behavior & Work, fostering efficient talent acquisition and comprehensive employee compensation systems; Analyze recruitment data, optimize strategies, and make data-driven decisions for talent acquisition using HRM Financial Decision, Career Management. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Development or Human Resources Management plus skills and knowledge in HR Management, Employment Law, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Behavior & Work, Career Management.
