HR Specialist - BI: Onboarding, Benefits & Compliance

The GEO Group, Inc.

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to provide administrative HR support for the BI Boulder division. The role covers onboarding, employee records, separations, regulatory reporting and other duties as needed. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in HR, strong communication skills, confidentiality, and proficiency with HR concepts and Microsoft Office.
