Job Type: Full time Permanent

Salary: $49,000 to $78,000 Annually (Depends on the years of experience) + Full-time Benefits

 

Job Description:

Responsible for providing nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices, while working within scope of licensure as a licensed practical nurse. Functions as the primary liaison between patients, staff and providers. Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of the patient. Must be able to take vital signs, triage patient calls, refill prescriptions, complete necessary prior authorizations and to help support their team of co-workers. Gives direction to: CNA's and Schedulers. Receives direction from: Providers, Coordinators and Clinical Managers/Supervisors and RN's.

 

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Holds a MT state LPN license
• Certified in BLS (Basic Life Support) through an approved institution
• Maintains compliance with current state and federal continuing education requirements
• Adheres to ongoing licensure and professional development standards
