RN Acute Care Rehab Unit

Role Overview: This on-site Registered Nurse position provides direct patient care in acute care (Med-Surg) units, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Responsibilities include: Delivering evidence-based, top-of-scope nursing care, supporting patient wellness, precepting new healthcare staff, and ensuring safety and quality at the point of care. Qualifications & Skills: Must have a valid RN license, graduate from an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience), and at least 6 months of RN experience. BLS certification is required and must be valid through sixty days of hire. Key Attributes: Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, prioritize patient needs, and collaborate effectively with team members.
