Job Title: Business Analyst Duration: 12 Months Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid) Interview: Web Cam or In Person Job Description Seeking a Business Analyst with experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and Agile project delivery to support the implementation of an Enterprise Electronic Document Management System (eDMS). The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and support testing activities (SIT/UAT). Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of Business Analysis experience with requirements gathering and process improvement Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum methodologies, user stories, and backlog management Experience documenting current/future state processes, workflows, and business requirements Knowledge of SDLC, change management, SIT, and UAT Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and MS Office Suite Strong stakeholder communication, facilitation, and documentation skills Preferred Skills Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (eDMS), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), or Records Management Procurement documentation experience (SOWs, evaluation criteria, vendor questions) Experience with Orbus Infinity/iServer365, SharePoint, ALM, or Octane Knowledge of document retention, information governance, security, and access controls #J-18808-Ljbffr
