Highland Senior Living is in Little Falls, Minnesota located off 3rd avenue, just down the road from Coborn’s! Our facility is a combination of Assisted Living and Memory Care Units, with a total size of 65 total units. Position: CNA, HHA & Caregivers Hourly: $17.00 - $22.00 for HHA, $19.0 - $24.00 for CNA hourly, depending on experience plus $1 (PM) and $2 (NOC) shift differential Service Area: 1012 3rd Avenue Northeast, Little Falls, MN 56345 Schedule: 0.6 NOC. Position Duties & Responsibilities: In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA’s and HHA’sprovide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assistingresidents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations andprovide attentive care. Assist with medication administration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare. Strong customer service and communication skills.
